Patrick is a respected benefit professional with 25 years in the health insurance industry providing a complete spectrum of plan management services from product feasibility to day-to-day operations of self-funded and fully insured benefit plans. His outstanding communication skills have resulted in successful negotiations with employers, employees and third party service providers. He is a licensed accident, health and life agent, an approved New York State Department of Financial Services Continuing Educator and featured speaker on health insurance industry topics including alternative funding, collective bargaining strategies and Health Care Reform.

In addition to his strategic leadership role with KBM Management, Patrick provides guidance to employer management and employee groups on issues that affect health care costs, legislative compliance and collective bargaining requirements. His professional management oversight of more than $250 million in self-funded health insurance premiums/costs affords a wide spectrum of municipal, private industry and multi-employer plan options. Patrick has been successful in the development and implementation of health insurance and benefit alternatives that have resulted in savings and reduction of future cost trends.

Patrick has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, as well as an Associate in Applied Science degree in Data Processing from the State University of New York at Morrisville. He is presently pursuing his Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (CEBS) designation as a member of the International Foundation for Employee Benefit Plans.
