KBM’s Newest Addition: Deanna O’Kipney

Deanna joined KBM’s Quality Assurance Audit Department in November, 2015 . She has over 20 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation industry, including claims handling, training, account management and marketing. Her previous employment with CNA Insurance Company, PMA and CorVel Corporation has helped her develop an extensive knowledge of Workers’ Compensation law and claim handling for both insured and self-insured employers.

Deanna is a licensed Adjuster in Motor Vehicle, No-Fault & Workers Compensation Health Services (NYS Department of Financial Services) and has received training from the Workers’ Compensation Board for the Medical Treatment Guidelines as well as Determining Permanent Impairment and Loss of Wage Earning Capacity. Deanna is pursuing her Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Designation.
