Mary Lou joined KBM in 2013 in our Quality Assurance Audit Department. She has over 20 years experience in the Workers’ Compensation industry, including claims management handling, supervision and marketing. Her skills were enhanced while working for a regionally based Independent Medical Examination (IME) Company. Her extensive claims experience and knowledge have been gained from working with both global based insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators.
Mary Lou is a licensed Adjuster in Motor Vehicle, No-Fault & Workers Compensation Health Services (NYS Department of Financial Services). She has received training from the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board in the Guidelines for Determining Permanent Impairment and Loss of Wage Earning Capacity, as well as Medical Treatment Guidelines. Mary Lou is a graduate of State University of New York College at Buffalo where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree.
